Cancellation Policy
Salon Cancellation and Appointment Policy At Michelle Brisson Luxe salon studio, we value your time and strive to provide excellent service to all our clients. To ensure that we can continue offering the best possible experience, we have implemented the following policies: Cancellation and Rescheduling: We require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before your appointment may result in a charge of 20% of the scheduled service cost in order to reschedule. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation or rescheduling, we will consider you a no-show. No-shows will result in the removal of your account from our system, and you will no longer be able to book appointments with us in the future. Late Arrival: Clients arriving 20 minutes or more late may have their appointment rescheduled or their service reduced to ensure that the remaining clients are not affected by the delay. If the service is reduced, the price of the appointment will reflect the adjusted time. Color Clients: New color clients are required to leave a $20 deposit when booking their appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
