With advanced training in DevaCurl and Cadō cutting techniques and continued education in updated color artistry, every service is thoughtfully tailored to enhance your natural beauty.

About Me
Hi, I’m Michelle Brisson — a professional hairstylist since 2007 with a passion for transforming hair into wearable art. I specialize in both straight and naturally curly hair, with advanced training in DevaCurl and Cadō cutting techniques. As a certified L’Oréal Color Specialist, I also offer expert balayage, root color services, and creative cuts designed to enhance your natural beauty.
Over the years, I’ve honed my craft at top salons in Niagara and Mississauga and continually invest in education to stay at the forefront of the industry. My home-based studio in Fonthill is an exclusive space designed just for women — a luxe, fashion-forward environment where you can unwind, feel welcomed, and leave feeling radiant. Every detail reflects my background as a fashion designer, with runway collections featured at Toronto Fashion Week, Hamilton Fashion Week, and Lundy’s Manor Winery Estate in Niagara.
I offer a curated menu of services including precision cutting, custom color, rejuvenating hair masks with LED red light facial therapy, and styling that’s both high-fashion and effortlessly wearable.
My creative styling work has been published in prestigious magazines such as 7 Hues Hair (cover), Dark Beauty Magazine, Model Citizen Magazine, Borealis, Visual Artist Magazine, Know Magazine, VEUX (3 times), Dreaming Less, Stubborn Magazine, Shift, and Gothesque Magazine. I was honored to win the Avant-Garde category at the Big Tease Hair Show 2019, and placed Top 5 in Canada for Multicultural Hairstylist of the Year at the Mirror Awards.
As a fashion and hair artist, I was the Winner of the 2024 Hamilton Fashion Week Designer Challenge, and I’ve styled backstage at major events including Mississauga Fashion Week, the Toronto Vegan Fashion Show, and EFE Magazine’s live stage events. I’ve also worked as an award presenter and lead stylist for the Fly Beyond Cancer Fashion Show in Toronto.
I’m also the proud owner of Michambé, my private-label line of luxe hair care accessories — designed with intention, quality, and style in mind.
